The Master Gardener Demonstration Garden on the Hutchinson Community College Campus

The Reno County Master Gardeners Demonstration Garden is a partnership between HCC and Reno County Master Gardeners. The garden, which began in 2012, provides horticulture education for Master Gardener volunteers as well as community education programs, while enhancing the college landscape. Master Gardener volunteers provide the planning, planting and maintenance of the gardens, while the college helps with construction projects, lawn maintenance and irrigation.

The garden is open to the public year around, with peak blooms in July through September.
Visit the garden often from spring to fall to enjoy the seasonal blooms
and ever-changing plants.
Spring through fall, weather permitting, Master Gardener volunteers
work in the demo garden on Wednesday mornings
and are available to show you around and answer your questions.
